PTI’s 7th Anniversary

Hello there! Just popping in really quickly today to share a few mostly single layer stamped cards created for Papertrey Ink’s 7th anniversary celebration challenges. They are certainly one of my favorite stamp companies and probably the company – or should I say the design team – I credit with pushing me over to edge to falling completely in love with stamping.

The above card uses sketch #1, color palette #1 and Background Basics: Stripes plus a sentiment from Hello Sunshine. I also pulled out the following Colorbox® Archival Dye ink colors: Wave, Pumpkin Pie, Coral, Squash and Wicked Black. Had to add an embossed gold stripe in there for good measure!

This next one is a birthday card for a teamie and uses sketch #2, color palette #2, Watercolor Wonder and a sentiment from Irresistibly Ikat. I used Colorbox Pigment Inks this time: Cupid, Spa, Scarlet, Midnight, Turtle and Pepper.

And one final card using sketch #3, color palette #3 and The Sweet Life. I did some stamping-off to create a lighter colored background with the following Colorbox® Archival Dye ink colors: Geranium, Gooseberry, Suede and Mudslide.

And that’s it for today! Have a good one!
