Sweetest Dreams – Sketchabilities #51

(Scroll down for the Lucky Girl Crafts blog hop!)

It’s reveal day at Sketchabilities and today is my first time playing along! Check out the sketch…

And my take on it, a page about my sweet little nephew, Remington.

He was just a little doll baby at 10 days old! The girls and I couldn’t get over the series of funny faces he makes while sleeping – now what could such a little guy be dreaming about to make such silly faces one can only imagine. Cute, cute.

I had fun misting and embossing the title. Verdigris is def my new favorite color! Plus a stamped moon mobile. Originally embossed it in white thinking it would pop out of the mist spritzed on the background but when it turned out hidden I stamped over the top in black. Make it work, right?

There are 15 more interpretations of this sketch in many different styles over on the Sketchabilities blog. Stop over to find a jumping off point and to link up your version – you could be the next guest designer!
